The Implications of Miller v Miller for Ancillary Relief Practice

Nicholas Mostyn, Q.C and Professor Rebecca Bailey-Harris, Melissa Miller's winning team in the recent high profile House of Lords judgment in the case of Miller v Miller, spoke to an invited audience of legal and financial professionals on the implications of the judgment for marital finance on divorce.
The seminar and champagne reception, which took place at the prestigious venue, One Birdcage Walk, between the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace, was a great success, provoking lively and enjoyable debate on the issues raised by this controversial and historic judgement.
